We understand that having a baby is a very special time in your life and we would like to be able to help make the experience a comfortable one for you.
The Cobham Clinic has two single rooms on Ward 33 of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital’s Maternity Unit. Each room is comfortably furnished with it’s own en-suite bathroom, bedside telephone and television.
Once your baby has been delivered in the safe environment of the hospital’s Labour Suite your room will be ready for you and your baby.
The rooms are also available to those NHS mothers who wish to book into a room only, as part of our Amenity bed scheme.
The Cobham Clinic is proud to be able to offer private surgical treatment for children. We have three private rooms on Hedgehog ward for children who may be admitted under the care of our ENT, General Surgery or Orthopaedic Consultants.
Hedgehog ward is part of the Luton & Dunstable Hospitals Paediatric Unit and is specially equipped and staffed for the needs of our younger patients. Each cubicle has it’s own TV and the ward has a playroom, school room and parent’s room for your use.
